1. What Montaro is
Montaro is an online platform that connects customers who need furniture assembly, disassembly or wall mounting with independent pros. The platform does not perform the work itself and is not a party to the customer–pro agreement.
2. Accounts
Posting a job or sending a bid requires an account with true details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Pro accounts are approved by the admin and may be deactivated if the terms are breached.
3. Cost estimates
The estimate produced by the assistant is based on a public reference price table and is indicative. It is neither an offer nor a commitment. The final price comes exclusively from the bid the customer accepts.
4. Bids and assignment
The pro is bound by their bid (amount, availability, receipt/warranty) as long as the job description matches reality. The customer undertakes to describe the job accurately.
5. Payment
The platform does not handle payments. The customer pays the pro directly. The platform charges no commission or subscription at this stage; any future change will be announced in advance.
6. Contact details
Phones, emails and exact addresses become visible only between the customer and the selected pro. Collecting or using details for purposes other than the specific job is prohibited.
7. Reviews
Reviews can only be submitted for jobs completed through the platform. The admin may remove reviews that are abusive or misleading.
8. Liability
The platform is not liable for the quality of the work, damages or delays. Pros are independent professionals responsible for the lawful exercise of their activity.
9. Prohibited use
False jobs, false bids, spam, offensive content and any attempt to bypass the platform's mechanisms are prohibited.
10. Changes
The terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
Greek law applies. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.
